By using Bilaura, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, prompts, generated content, and activity. Do not share access or attempt to bypass credit, payment, safety, or technical controls.

Acceptable use

You must not use Bilaura for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. Requests may be refused by our safety systems or providers.

Credits and subscriptions

Credits measure use of generation features and are not cash. Plan benefits, limits, and prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Generated content

You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring your use complies with law and third-party rights. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after credits or subscription benefits are supplied. Duplicate, unauthorized, or technically incorrect charges, and material service failures, are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, threaten the service, or create legal or security risk.
